Today I'm headed off to Arizona for vacation. I'm really looking forward to 10 days of relaxing and not being at work! But most of all I'm looking forward to spending time with two of my favorite people...

{ World's Cutest Brother and Baby Sister } . I've decided not to bring my laptop {gasp!} and instead have packed lots of books to read... . . And my knitting needles. I'm working on making this. |
.
Family, books, knitting, the pool, and the sun? Yep, I'm good!
.
See you at the end of the month!

Those books are great(at least the ones I've read!)and that yarn looks wonderful!! Enjoy yourself.
ReplyDeleteI thoroughly approve that you plan to read books instead of computing while you are on holiday. Have a great trip. You can catch up on the wine making when you get back :)

ReplyDeleteI'm interested to hear about the The Help. I've been debating on buying it for my nook.
10 days?! Wow, that's awesome!!! Have a wonderful time and if you get a chance, go to Joe's Farm Grill in Gilbert. It's such a fun little place. And then stop at The Coffee Shop next door and enjoy a yummy latte and cupcake! They won on the Cupcake Wars show that's on the Food Network.

You're already gone and having an awesome time and it's so awesome that you won't see this til you get back! Good for you for going off-line! I know it's hard. But your book selection is phenomenal...I've read a couple but would be interested in hearing your opinions on them! Have fun, I've heard AZ is gorgeous!

ReplyDeleteWe were in Arizona all last week as well. I went last year in October and it was still 100 degrees outside, so I'm so glad they had some Fall weather this year. Have fun, I loved The Help.
